Strategically positioned at the upper portion of the site, the building captures sweeping views across the valley. Its elegantly simple, low-pitched roof enhances the internal spatial volume while responding thoughtfully to the climate—providing shade in summer and inviting solar warmth in winter.
Drawing inspiration from traditional Australian design, the wrap-around balcony invites visitors to unwind and connect with the natural surroundings. The carefully curated material palette blends harmoniously with the surrounding bushland, ensuring the structure feels like an extension of its environment.
